our process

1. BID PROCESS

Projects are priced competitively from pre-qualified subcontractors. This provides the best pricing without impacting quality. Each estimate includes a preliminary schedule to determine project duration and design milestones.

2. PRECONSTRUCTION

After the project is awarded, we begin the planning process by working out potential code and permit issues, assist in the development of scopes and details, the selection of materials, and value engineering.

3. CONSTRUCTION

During the course of construction, each project is managed via the project schedule, job cost reporting, and project team meetings with clients and the design team.

4. PROJECT CLOSEOUT

Projects are managed to meet the published schedule and avoid lengthy punch lists. Clients are provided with a complete package of project details, specs, permit plans and finaled inspection records.
